Job Description

Your Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for maintaining the integrations within our SAP Customer Experience (CX) landscape (SAP C4C SAP Marketing Cloud and third-party apps).
- In addition you will develop new integration flows between SAP C4C and other SAP and non-SAP systems and ensure their reliable implementation.
- As a central specialist for system integrations with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) you will take responsibility for this area.
- In your role you will accompany our internal stakeholders both in process analysis and conception as well as in the implementation and training of trainers.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in implementing SAP CPI integrations with both standard and custom iFlows will set you apart.
- You are familiar with the use of APIs especially OData.
- Knowledge of SAP C4C (e.g. customizing API use UI adjustments) .
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (both required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to support international teams.
