Amazon India is seeking highly analytical and detail oriented candidate to join the Co-op program team in Bangalore. As part of the team the associate will build process for billing and collections troubleshoot issues and communicate the findings effectively across different teams. This role will support regular operations of a part of the E-commerce business.
An ideal candidate is one who enjoys discovering and solving complicated problems can quickly learn complex systems likes to work with numbers and takes pride in organizing and communicating his/her work.
Key job responsibilities
Capability to meet our technical requirements which include PowerPoint and Excel plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly
Generate weekly monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize and proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams manage stakeholder communications and deliver results
- Bachelors degree
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- Bachelors degree in business administration finance economics computer science data science engineering or other related field
