A bit about the job:
Youll be part of our Home Claims Operation leading the technical direction of our Desk Claims Teams. That includes Home Desk Consultants and Home Project Managers handling building claims up to 50k.
Youll guide the team on all technical matters including day to day technical referrals making sure we deliver great service and manage costs effectively. Youll also work closely with our people leads to support and upskill the team. Youll also help shape how we work improving systems processes and communication while keeping a close eye on performance and customer outcomes.
