Job Title: SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Estate Agent
Location: Dartford DA1
Salary: OTE 30000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

We are working with a forward-thinking independent Sales and Lettings agency based in Dartford seeking a confident and proactive Sales & Lettings Negotiator.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings and following up with feedback
- Negotiating offers between buyers sellers landlords and tenants
- Supporting the sales and lettings process through to completion
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
- Prospecting for new business via phone and face-to-face engagement
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in residential sales and/or lettings (minimum one required)
- Strong customer service and telesales skills
- Energetic articulate and well-presented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and genuine interest in property
- Knowledge of Dartford and surrounding areas (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
- Professional reliable and motivated
