About the role
As a DevOps Lead Duck Creek youll drive the strategic adoption and evolution of DevOps practices across the Duck Creek platform to enhance agility efficiency and operational excellence. Leading a team of DevOps engineers youll design and maintain CI/CD pipelines champion automation and ensure infrastructure is scalable secure and reliable. Collaborating with Agile teams youll embed DevOps into the software lifecycle while continuously improving systems to meet business and technical objectives.
What youll do
- Lead and deliver a strategic pipeline of work with clear prioritisation and resource focus
- Champion Agile and DevOps practices to drive excellence and continuous improvement
- Mentor the team on DevOps best practices automation and delivery standards
- Drive continuous improvement to uplift delivery performance and efficiency
- Optimise CI/CD pipelines resolving deployment issues and refining workflows
- Lead adoption of Duck Creek DevOps innovations to enhance platform performance
What youll bring
- 5 years experience working as a senior DevOps / Cloud Platforms / Software Engineer
- Familiarity with Duck Creek tools cloud engineering and scaling/monitoring cloud resources
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell Python JavaScript Ansible Terraform
- Excellent grasp of DevOps CI/CD and Agile delivery
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and tools like Jenkins Bitbucket Octopus and Dynatrace
- Familiar with automated testing and version control systems.
