Responsabilitati:
- Responsabil pentru supravegherea functionarii si operarii corespunzatoare a unui grup de 10-15 farmacii AlphegaDiamond 2.0 intr-o anumita zonageografica(Timisoara Arad Lugoj Oradea)
- Asigura integrarea cu success a farmaciei in sistemul de Management Alphega;
- Evalueaza performanta farmaciei inclusive indicatorii financiari eficienta operationala si strategia de marketing
- Propune modalitati de imbunatatire a proceselorinterne pentru a creste eficienta si a reduce costurile
- Ofera suport in dezvoltarea strategiilor de marketing pentru a atrage si a fideliza consumatorii inclusiv prin canaleonline sioffline
- Ofera suport in elaborarea strategiilor privind cresterea profitabilitatii si reducerea costurilor
- Monitorizeaza si coordoneaza operatiunile zilnice ale farmaciilor care fac parte din proiect si ale echipei din farmacie
.Cerinte:
- Diploma de licenta- prezinta avantaj pregatirea in Management Administrarea Afacerilor sau Farmacie
- Cunostinte excel- nivel avansat
- Cunostinte de P&L
- Permis de conducere categ. B
- Experienta in coordonarea unor echipe sau proiecte- min. 2 ani
- Domiciliul stabil in Timisoara sau Arad
- Disponibiltate pentru deplasare 50%
.
Postul este locat la punctul de lucru Alliance Healthcare Romania din Timisoara/Arad. Contractul de munca este pe perioada nedeterminata. Permisul de conducere este o conditie obligatorie deoarece postul presupune activitate de teren deplasare la clientii din portofoliu.
