Overview
Chubb is looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Business Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic Digital Claims team. As a key member of the team you will be responsible for closely collaborating with our dedicated development team and stakeholders to effectively identify and meticulously document comprehensive business requirements. In addition you will play a crucial role in gathering technical specifications to ensure the seamless and successful delivery of innovative digital solutions for Chubb. To thrive in this role the ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background showcasing their proficiency in cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. Moreover exceptional communication skills are paramount as you will serve as a vital link between the business and technical teams facilitating smooth and effective communication and understanding. Familiarity with Agile methodology will be highly advantageous enabling you to adapt and excel in our fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate theminto technical requirements.
- Work with development teams to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements.
- Analyze data and develop reports that provide insight into business operations.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Strong technical background with experience in software development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
