Job Description

ISS International S.p.A. is seeking an HSE Design Engineer during the FEED phase of a major refinery project.

Role Overview
Perform HSE design reviews and risk assessments in alignment with refinery and regulatory requirements
Contribute to the development and validation of HSE deliverables during the FEED phase
Participate in HAZID HAZOP and SIL studies
Ensure that safety design solutions reflect operational constraints typical of refinery environments

Requirements
At least 10 years of HSE engineering experience in the Oil & Gas industry (refinery)
Documented experience in HSE design for refinery projects
Familiarity with international safety standards and process safety methodologies

Personnel experience must cover refinery units such as:
Naphtha Splitter
Isomerization
Catalytic Reformer (CCR)
KHT
Fluency in English; knowledge of French is preferable
Availability for frequent international missions

Offer Details
Location: Remote with frequent missions (estimated 30% of schedule) in Europe (at the FEED Contractors premises) and in Cte dIvoire
Start Date: July 2025
Duration: 1 year (renewable)
Working Hours: 9 hours/day 5 days/week
