Job Description
Our team is growing and we are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join us on our journey!
Your day-to-day
- Design and produce a wide range of high-quality digital assets including banners social media graphics emails and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate objectives into clear creative design solutions that maintain brand consistency.
- Optimize all graphics and digital assets for web performance responsiveness and accessibility best practices staying updated on design trends.
- Execute assigned tasks by learning and applying established tools processes and company guidelines under manager supervision.
- Actively participate in skill development programs seek constructive feedback from peers and managers and apply it to improve performance.
- Support ongoing projects by effectively problem-solving on defined tasks with guidance from senior team members on more complex issues.
Your background and mindset
- At least 2 years of experience as a Digital Graphic Designer or similar role supported by a strong portfolio of digital work.
- High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop Illustrator and generative AI tools like Firefly.
- A degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent creative thinking a keen attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g. After Effects) is considered a significant plus
