Job Description
Location: Faro Algarve.
Schedule: Monday to Sunday (day and night) divided in 4 work shifts with 10 hours and 2 days off.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring an impeccable customer service;
- Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers;
- Carefully completing the return contract;
- Checking the state of the vehicle in order to identify potential damages;
- Registering the damages and incurring the amounts from the customers;
- Requesting a review from the customers regarding our services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- Mandatory driving license (B category)
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
- Hardworking ambitious extroverted and integrity-driven personality
- Excellent customer service skills along with attention to detail
- Strong communication time management teamwork and computer skills
