Role Summary:
The Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for delivering data-driven insights dashboards and performance reporting that empower business units to make strategic decisions. This role combines technical skills in data visualization and SQL with marketing knowledge to analyze campaign performance attribution accuracy and the entire lead lifecyclefrom acquisition to revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Dashboarding & Data Visualization
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards in HubSpot to support decision-making across marketing sales and leadership teams.
- Design deal attribution dashboards to understand the performance of different acquisition channels.
- Create email reconversion dashboards to support remarketing and lifecycle re-engagement strategies.
Campaign Performance Analysis
- Generate campaign performance reports to evaluate impact identify optimization opportunities and track ROI.
- Analyze email sequences for open rates click-throughs conversion rates and bottlenecks to improve automation efficiency.
- Track and report on lead generation and conversion evolution identifying high-performing segments and conversion gaps across the funnel.
Lifecycle & Funnel Insights
- Monitor the lead deal won journey to assess the efficiency of the sales pipeline and highlight areas for improvement.
- Track the evolution of PQLs and scoring to evaluate lead quality and optimize segmentation for higher conversion rates.
- Provide funnel-level insights that connect top-of-funnel acquisition with bottom-line outcomes.
Attribution & Data Quality
- Validate and clean attribution data ensuring consistency and accuracy across all marketing reports and dashboards.
- Monitor data integrity issues that may affect the performance or reporting of marketing activities collaborating with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops as needed.
Audience Segmentation & List Management
- Create segmented audience lists for email marketing and sales outreach based on behavior attributes and lifecycle stage.
- Optimize targeting strategies to improve personalization campaign relevance and engagement metrics.
Required Skills
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing tools (certification is a plus)

This is a full-time position (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) offered under a permanent contract with hybrid or remote work flexibility. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
