Role Name: Appointment Setter
Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm

Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling campaigns using provided lead lists
Generate qualified leads for the sales team
Set appointments for field salespeople to meet with potential customers
Focus on calling into areas affected by storms and weather damage
Follow provided scripts and calling procedures
Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and appointment scheduling
Requirements:
Previous experience in cold calling and sales
Strong communication skills in English
Experience with appointment setting and lead generation
Comfortable with commission-based compensation structure
Ability to work independently with remote management
Scope:
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Remote work arrangement with direct client management
Lead lists and scripts provided by client
Potential for performance-based bonuses and commissions
