Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements design and build data center technology components and testing efforts.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to BMC Helix ITSM and ensure the smooth functioning of the infrastructure.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for infrastructure design and implementation.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.
  
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  
• Strong understanding of infrastructure design and implementation best practices.
  
• Experience with troubleshooting technical issues related to infrastructure components.
  
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements for infrastructure design and implementation.
  

Additional Information

• The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM.
  
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science information technology or a related field along with a proven track record of delivering impactful infrastructure solutions.
