Job Description
This is a remote position.
Collect, Review and shape country and global user requirements together with the Global Business process owner and the related IT Experts Ensure the SAP CTC process/URs steps are covered in FSs and deliver it accordingly. Work closely with development team to delivery technical/functional solution fit to business use requirements. Review/update FS, OQ scripts in Proton and support PQ writing to business colleagues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the business Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency Train team and local business users on the use of warehouse management systems Drive the business workshop and meeting. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures Support deployment teams for screening the system Be the SPOC for Master data team from Warehouse team inputs point of view and inform all other team members. Support the triggered projects under responsibility and ensure smooth transition, support cutover activities
