Job Summary

Job Title: SAP RAR Consultant (FI Integration)
Locations: Hyderabad Bangalore Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced SAP RAR professionals with a strong background in finance integration and revenue accounting. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP RAR design configuration and integration with FI SD and/or BRIM modules along with a solid understanding of accounting principles and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to SAP RAR implementations including full lifecycle deployments and migration projects
Design and configure business processes within RAR SD and FI/CO modules
Integrate RAR with FI SD and BRIM ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment
Analyze and optimize order-to-cash processes revenue recognition and compliance with IFRS 16 and COPA
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver detailed solution designs aligned with industry standards
Prepare functional documentation including business requirements functional specs and presentation materials for stakeholders
Provide leadership and guidance across project phases ensuring timely and quality delivery

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP RAR with FI integration
At least two full lifecycle implementations of SAP RAR including migration experience
Strong understanding of SD/FICO integration BRIM processes and revenue recognition frameworks
Familiarity with BRF is highly desirable
Proven experience in high-tech or software industries with solid accounting knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including stakeholder presentations and proposal development
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is preferred
Bachelors degree in Finance or CPA/CPA equivalent is preferred

Work Location:
Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad Bangalore or Pune.
