Youll work directly with warehouse and plant leadership to enhance and support critical SAP WM and MM processes tied to logistics inventory and fulfillment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the functional expert for SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Materials Management (MM) with a focus on receiving inventory shipping and purchasing
- Gather business requirements and lead process improvements with warehouse and logistics teams
- Configure and support SAP systems including mobile device integration and 3rd party logistics tools (e.g. ShipERP)
- Own the full lifecycle of SAP enhancements—from blueprint to Go Live—including test planning and documentation
- Develop and maintain carrier integrations and automation for warehousing functions
- Troubleshoot SAP and related application issues; drive continuous improvement with minimal disruption
- Support DEV QAS and PRD coordination with global SAP teams; lead configuration changes and user trainings
- Act as a business partner to leadership and frontline operators ensuring alignment between system solutions and real-world execution
Experience You’ll Need
- 5–8 years of SAP experience with a strong focus in WM/MM
- Deep configuration expertise across warehousing materials and logistics functions
- Strong functional understanding of best practices in warehouse operations and SAP-based process design
- Hands-on skills supporting SAP mobile devices label creation and 3rd party integrations
- Familiarity with adjacent SAP modules (SD FI) and ABAP debugging (a plus)
- Confident communicator and cross-functional collaborator able to own projects from start to finish
- Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experience (15 years with an associate degree)
