You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA leading veterinary software provider is hiring a Project Management Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its customer-facing software delivery team. This is a people leadership role managing a high-volume PMO responsible for onboarding veterinary hospitals across a broad SaaS product suite.
This position is hybrid only and requires regular in-office work in Portland ME. Remote applicants will not be considered.
Lead a team of 10 15 Project Managers and Supervisors responsible for over 1500 annual software implementation projects across 22 SaaS products.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget for both corporate-owned and independently owned veterinary practices.
Provide coaching performance management and professional development guidance to your team.
Drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes and customer experience.
Collaborate with Sales Product Training and other teams to optimize project outcomes and alignment with business goals.
Own key performance indicators and contribute to the development and execution of shared OKRs.
Provide executive-level customer communication and issue resolution support as needed.
Monitor team metrics produce reports and communicate progress and issues to leadership.

3 years of experience in Project Management (SaaS software implementation or healthcare preferred)
3 years of people management experience with demonstrated team leadership and performance oversight
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including experience interacting with executive-level clients
Proven success in driving change management process improvement and strategic alignment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and cloud-based project management tools
Familiarity with veterinary practice workflows or healthcare onboarding is a plus
Base Salary: $90000 $110000

Education
Bachelors / Masters is preferred or the equivalent experience.
