CNC Machinist
Location: Neosho MO
Pay: Starting at $18/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for our client in Neosho. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with prior CNC machining experience who are seeking long-term employment with growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machinery to fabricate precision parts and components
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to generate accurate machining instructions
- Use coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to inspect and verify part quality
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines while working with tools and machinery
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery is required
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are essential
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Proficient with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
