Job Description
JOB DETAILS
Pay range is $23.50- $25.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift 6:00 AM - 4:30PM Monday-Friday Saturday work may be required up to 50% of the time
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct audits and inspections of material at all stages and of each process while providing feedback
- Communicate audit findings with production team in process and during standup meetings
- Review and analyze audit findings for containment and corrective action follow up with the team
- Aid in document control activities posting documents follow through with approvers
- Use calipers and other measuring devices to conduct standard testing of both finished goods
- Aid in identify best practices in the manufacturing of windows
- Document non-conformities and oversee completion of NCR activities
- Validate product conformance when process adjustments are made
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Requires 2-5 years quality/leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Ability to walk/stand for long durations (duration of shift excluding breaks)
- Vision abilities to include close distance peripheral color and depth differentiation
- Use of hands and fingers for fine manipulation
- Frequent exposure to dust and debris from the production process
- Frequent exposure to loud noises
- Limited exposure to weather and climate change

The US base salary for this full-time position is $70000 medical dental vision benefits starting day 1 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
