- Serves as the technical and communications for our clients. Provides communications initiatives needs assessments etc.
- Identifies opportunities for upgrade or improvement of systems.
- Responsible for procurement installation and life-cycle maintenance of IT hardware and software (includes PCs peripherals servers networking equipment operating systems and other software.
- Provides senior level technical support that requires an on-site presence (server NAS network or PC equipment failure) including data backup recovery.
- Performs complex software/hardware troubleshooting patches and re-installations in cooperation with the Helpdesk and in accordance with established SLAs.
- Project management development and coordination.
- Monitors security compliance in accordance with IT standards policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- 5 Years experience working in a formal corporate setting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products Azure Google Cloud VMWare Microsoft 365 Cisco and HPE Networking.
- Working knowledge of LAN technologies (VLAN Port-security STP)
