Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Hydro Fitness Instructors to lead innovative and engaging hydro sculpt water-based classes. This role requires a strong background in aqua group fitness instruction a commitment to safety and the ability to create inclusive and motivating classes for members of all fitness levels.
- Lead safe effective and high-energy aqua classes
- Provide modifications and progressions as needed
- Engage with members before and after class to build continuously build community
- Ensure a safe environment through proper supervision and use of equipment
- Collaborate with the Group Fitness Manager to maintain programming excellence
Pay Transparency
This is a part time hourly position. Hourly rate ranges from $65-$75 per class; $17.50/hr for non-class hours
Qualifications :
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE AFAA or equivalent)
- Aqua-specific certification (AEA SCW or equivalent) preferred
- CPR/AED certification (required or willing to obtain)
- Previous experience teaching aqua or water fitness classes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
