Job Description
- Manage and monitor all import operations and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up every shipments until to delivery to warehouse
- Arrangement and finalizing of the customs clearance of the products
- Obtaining & arranging the necessary documents forwarding to the Customs Agent and detailed follow-up of the customs procedures
- Follow up Customs & Tax regulations
- Follow up payment with Finance Department ( tax supplier invoices etc..)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in International Trade Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import/export operations
- Proficiency in import/export documentation and procedures
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs clearance processes
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Advanced communication skills
- Office programs & SAP
