Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing the maintenance safety and functionality of the facility.
- Lead cost savings initiatives as well as handling the communication with relevant contractors.
- Coordinate necessary changes for productions regarding facility management.
- Ensure the compliance of relevant regulations such as NOM Environmental Laws Waste Disposal etc.
- Have as direct reports the areas of medical services HSE etc.
Qualifications :
Mandatory Qualifications
- 3-5 years as Facility Manager with complex buildings in any industry.
- Intermediate/Advanced English Level.
- Organizational and Coordination Skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Degree in architecture.
- Knowledge in regulations such as ISO 14001 ISO 45001 among others.
- Use of Software Tools such as Quentic or Enablon.
