Reporting to our Analytics Director you will work with an amazing team of passionate data experts and will be responsible for designing and deploying data collection strategies documenting implementation plans and guidelines setting up advanced tagging solutions through custom scripts and tag management tools while ensuring data cleanliness and reliability.
Were looking for a technically minded problem solver with proven experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Youll join our Analytics team working closely with marketing and data specialists to support a portfolio of clients. Your role will focus on data strategy measurement implementation and optimizing marketing channels and user journeys. Youll help clients advance their data maturity and deliver actionable insights that drive performance.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Be a passionate subject matter expert on digital measurement and analysis (inc. web analytics app tracking audience strategy) and possess a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem particularly Google Marketing Platform and associated technologies.
- You will Lead complex technical marketing analytics engagements using the Google Analytics stack
- Identify opportunities and propose solutions to help advance our clients digital maturity.
- Present to our internal teams and to clients on projects initiatives or technology updates/use cases.
- Provide support and mentorship for other members of the team ensuring they are progressively able to take on more complex tasks and upskill others.
- Using Google Analytics to discover insights or for reporting requirements
- Investigating Google Analytics & Tagging issues.
- Creating and delivering tracking plans and implementation guides
- Configuring and setting up Analytics & Marketing tags with Google Tag Manager
- Implementing tracking solutions primarily through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics but also other systems like Segment Tealium etc
- Testing and validating tracking implementations
- Designing reporting dashboards with Looker Studio
- Running client measurement workshops or training sessions
- Consult with clients development teams on the tracking solutions
- Work closely with Senior Managers and Directors to improve processes and frameworks
Qualifications :
- 4 years of experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Bilingual fluency in English and Korean
- Proficiency in working with APIs and Mobile Apps for tracking and analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in CSS HTML and JS
- Must have a fluent understanding of the Google Marketing Platform the main benefits and how to use the Google stack to the greatest advantage of clients
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery
- Client-facing experience and are comfortable running workshops training and client engagements.
