Job Description
Execute new supplier and new product releases as per the business plan requirements to ensure portfolio product enhancement.( Products like Filters Batteries Brakes Lubes Rotating Machine etc...)
Implementation of Supplier Quality management conduct process audits as per VDA 6.3 as per business requirements at supplier end by following the Bosch guidelines.
Execute CSR assessments certification QAA at supplier to ensure sustainable supplier base.
Execute PS projects & 8D at supplier end to reduce complaints
Implement IT tools for management of suppliers as per local or Global drive (Supply-On eISR Power BISAP) for ease of business
Implement Incoming inspection at warehousesQC notification management BIT for ensuring product quality.
Defect Cost reduction as per PUQ regional strategy.
Qualifications :
B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical / Automotive / Electronic)
5-7 Years of Experience in Supply chain Management.2 to 3 years experience of working in Purchase Quality/ Purchase/ manufacturing .Manufacturing operations management is desirable.
Product knowledge : Filters Batteries Brakes Lubes Rotating Machine .
Additional Information :
- Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings and BOMs
- Competent in manufacturing environment and problem solving.
- Competent in Fine Measurements (CMM Pertho-meter Form Tester along with Profile projectorspring tester etc.)
- Competent in conducting process audits and product audits at supplier locations per ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 requirements and Bosch internal requirements
- Know-How on Complaint Handling 8D Methodology
- Knowledge about SPC MSA FMEA & Control Plan
- Working experience on SAP-QM module.
- Knowledge on Manufacturing knowledge on Automotive products (Filters Batteries Lighting Lub Starters Alternators Brakes etc & components are an added advantage
- Use of MS Office SAP System etc..
- Use of Power Bl Tableau (a Plus)
- Ability to plan and visit OEMs / OECD / Dealer for claim investigation.
- Claim part analysis report preparation and close looping with to plan and visit to Supplier for claim part analysis based on criticality.
- Jointly working with TSS to ensure on time BWS claims closure.
- Conduct independent survey on Bosch Product Quality with BMDs / Retailers / Mechanics.
- Knowledge on ISO9001: 2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards
- Hands on experience - 5Why Ishikawa FTA 8D (TRC MRC) Risk Assessment Capability R&R IQIS SAP LPA FMEA Concession ECR PDI
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Team player and Cross Functional attitude
- Language Hindi English Kannada Tamil & Others will be added advantage
