Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Cafe Assistant for Hut 1 to join the team at Bletchley Park for the summer.
We Offer:
Rate: 12.21 per hour
Shifts: 5 days out of 7 including Weekends and Bank Holidays (10:30 - 16:30)
Contract: Full time/Temporary till end of September
About the Cafe Assistant role:
- Make sure the unit is fully stocked and ready for customers
- Operating the till and handling card and cash payments
- Ensuring the customers have a pleasant experience at all times
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Informing patrons about menu items
- Taking orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
- Operating filter coffee machine ice cream machine and other equipment
- Ensure correct storage of food and stock rotation: eg. checking use by dates
- Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times
- Maintain Health and Safety Standards
Experience isnt essential as full training will be provided. However a smile dedication to exceeding customer expectations and being a great team player are essential.
