Job Description

Atender y realizar llamados en contact center.
Recibir y responder mails de la casilla de servicio al cliente.
Solucin de problemas y gestiones segn indicaciones y protocolos del servicio de termo tecnologa.

Qualifications :

Personal con experiencia de 1 ao en servicios de contact center.
Personal con muy buena disposicin trabajo bajo presin cordial y amable con un muy buen trato a pblico.
Orientado al servicio de atencin a clientes.
Trabajo en modalidad home office y presencial compartido.

Informacin adicional :

Conocimientos Microsoft Office plataforma contact center.
Indicar pretensiones de renta.
Trabajo para apoyo en temporada alta del servicio. (marzo a agosto)
