Job Description
What youll do...
- You manage your day independently and stick to agreements even with a packed calendar and buzzing inbox.
- You organize site inspections and client events personal follow-ups matter to you.
- You stay cool when all clients call at once and the phone lines are buzzing.
- You work closely with our Cluster Sales Director in Copenhagen the international sales team our Events & Groups department and the Brand & Marketing department.
- Youre a true brand ambassador of 25hours Hotels building strong relationships with clients and nurturing them with care.
Qualifications :
What were looking for...
- You have experience in customer-facing roles (sales hospitality events etc.)
- Experience from other hotels is a big plus
- You communicate clearly and confidently in English and please note that Danish is mandatory
- Youre curious proactive and not afraid to ask questions or try new things
- Youre a people person with a genuine interest in hospitality and guest experiences
- You bring your personality to work and contribute to our open inclusive team culture
