Job Description
A growing company is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong construction background to oversee large-scale installations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This leadership role involves managing site managers tracking project timelines and maintaining financial oversight across multiple active sites. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in construction project management and excels at coordination planning and problem-solving.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee and support site managers responsible for daily install operations
Manage multiple construction or installation projects simultaneously
Ensure all projects are completed on time within scope and on budget
Create and maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans
Monitor progress and performance across sites and resolve issues as needed
Communicate effectively with stakeholders clients and internal teams
Provide leadership mentorship and clear direction to project and site teams
Review and approve budgets change orders and project documentation
Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to standards and resolve field issues
Ideal Qualifications:
7 years of experience in construction project management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to manage complex timelines and budgets
Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in project management software and tools
Ability to travel to job sites as needed
