What Youll Do
- Lead 1:1 sessions
- Small Group Training (1-4 people)
- Large Group Team Training (3-15 people)
- Deliver fitness consultations and programming
- Inspire and educate members in and out of sessions
- Motivate consistency celebrate progress and help clients shift their lifestyle long-term
- Contribute to outreach retention and creating a gym culture people LOVE

Requirements
- Must hold an NCCA-accredited cert (ACE NASM ACSM NSCA etc)
- Strong knowledge of fitness and body mechanics
- Ability to coach in a high-energy people-first setting
Compensation & Growth
Youll earn a base hourly rate plus commission for sessions delivered and packages sold.
