This position will report directly to and work collaboratively with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Promote/sell/secure opportunities from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrate technical products and services to existing and potential customers educating them on our processes.
- Use a consultative sales approach to create value along with a long-term mutually beneficial business relationship.
- Evaluate prospective clients or partners to assess their alignment with company goals and growth strategies.
- Sell our services by establishing and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions and matching them up with the appropriate internal resources.
- Quickly resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Identify service improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends market activities and competitors.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and participating in professional groups.
- Contribute to team goals by accomplishing individual expectations and supporting others through collaboration.
- Attend events meetings and seminars representing Security Title.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience with knowledge of real estate or title industry beneficial.
- Existing or willingness and ability to obtain a Missouri Producer License is required.
- Energetic personality with attention to detail strong critical thinking skills and a high level of integrity.
- Highly motivated to reach and surpass sales goals.
- Effective time management with the ability to work independently.
- Maintain an established book of business while continuing to cultivate new relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both with external stakeholders and internal team members.
- Valid drivers license automobile insurance and clean driving record required.
