Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for service. As a Houseman you will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through daily cleaning services. Beginners are welcome previous experience is not required for the position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review banquet orders on a daily basis to determine setup locations related supplies.
- Ensure events are set up on time with quality and level of service delivered.
- Ensure the proper audio-visual equipment is available delivered and set up as needed for use by facility department and guests.
- Maintains and improves on an ongoing basis the presentation of all events at the facility.
- Perform Setup and Tear Down for all activities and meetings.
- Monitor overall areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues. Work with Housekeeping and Engineering on any areas in need of attention.
- Responsible for implementing an maintaining excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Minimum Qualifications for the Banquet Set-Up Staff:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Other Qualifications:
ServSafe certification preferred.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule primarily 3p-10p including weekends and holidays.
