Job Description
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
- Manage outpatient consultations in the OPD setting.
- Provide critical care to patients in the ICU.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as necessary.
- Perform emergency procedures and interventions.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
- Stay updated with medical advancements and clinical guidelines.
- Participate in case reviews and interdisciplinary rounds.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ethical standards.
- Provide support and guidance to junior medical staff.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings and training programs.
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical license to practice.
- Demonstrated experience in outpatient care and critical care settings.
- Strong clinical acumen and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of current medical guidelines and standards of care.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and empathy.
- Membership in relevant medical associations is a plus.
- Continuous professional development and training in medical practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in handling medical equipment and technology.
- Demonstrated research and analytical skills.
