Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine medical history and establish appropriate treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions affecting adult patients.

- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests to assist in patient evaluation.
- Prescribe medications and therapeutics as necessary.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and trainees.

Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine (MD or DNB).
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of internal medicine practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Capability to handle high-stress situations and make prompt decisions.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare technology.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
