Overview: The Business Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in facilitating the alignment between IT and business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
- Experience as a business systems analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of various IT systems and applications.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis techniques.
- Experience with system implementation projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL is advantageous.
