The Cline School of Music at North Greenville University is taking applications for an adjunct French horn instructor.
North Greenville University is a teaching university of the South Carolina Baptist Convention and is a tobacco and alcohol-free campus. All NGU professors are expected to be orthodox Christians who have a strong personal faith are role models in their piety and ethics are regularly reflecting upon how their faith influences their discipline and are willing and able to mentor students in their own relationship with Jesus Christ.
Faculty of the University shall by accepting each years employment agreement annually
Applicants should have a background and/or professional experience in French horn instruction. Candidates must have a Christian commitment and the ability to integrate the Christian faith with traditional coursework.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
This position is a part-time position in the Cline School of Music and reports first to the director of brass studies and then to the Associate Dean of the School.
WORK SCHEDULE
The adjunct work schedule is flexible and can be scheduled to limit the trips to and from campus. Generally lessons are scheduled during the working hours of the university (M-Th 8:30 to 5:00 and F 8:30 to 2:00) but hours outside that may be possible.
