Role Description:
- Internal Medicine Physician
- Location: Troutman NC - Brand new location!
- Network boasts 27 practices comprised of 12 primary care clinics 10 specialty groups 3 ambulatory surgery centers and 2 urgent cares.
- Network has 48 providers in eight specialty clinics and eleven primary care practices.
- Primary Care
- This will be a new office location for the network. Growth anticipated.
- Patient Volume: 20-25 daily
- The Physician provides medical oversight expertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care to their community
- Opportunities for exceptional growth and development
- The Physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members
- Provide patient-centered comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model.
- Conduct regular health assessments diagnose and treat common illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
- Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics.

- Troutman is located 30 minutes north of Charlotte and Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
- Troutman is located on the north end of beautiful Lake Norman and less than one hour away from Blue Ridge Mountains to our west with fantastic skiing snowboarding and tubing in the winter.
- We are also a short 3-hour drive to the ocean in the opposite direction with white sandy beaches and palm trees all ideal locations for weekend getaways.

Requirements:
- NC Medical License and DEA.
- Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible
- Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
- Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating with them to ensure positive effective patient experiences with our organization.
- Ability to serve without prejudice or judgement regardless of lifestyle race economic status age or religious affiliation of patients.
