Job Description
DIRECTLY SUPERVISES:

**Atlantic City Operations
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Handling all customer contacts (phone email & live chat) following the Customer Service guidelines & procedures in a timely manner
- Assisting Player Support Representatives with account reviews for payment processing
- Show a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming.
- Processing a high volume of payments for players ensuring all approval processes are met prior to approvals being granted.
- Requires NJ Casino License (CER).
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Starting Rate: $39520
