Job Description
As part of Cash Management Solutions & Transformation in Finance Solutions summer intern will be responsible to manage projects and / or provide technical assistance on small to medium size projects. This includes understanding the functional requirements of business users and work with cross functional Pfizer Digital teams Business teams to create a solution to meet the business needs or to upgrade the existing solution to the future state.
This is a functional/technical role where a strong interest in translating business requirements into SAP solutions is required. From technical perspective the candidate will need to ensure that the technical infrastructure of the SAP system supports business processes efficiently via SAP configuration/customization. Background in relational databases programming language(s) with any scripting experience is essential. Candidate with interest in ERP (SAP) Solutions would be preferred.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred as applicable.
- Interest in SAP Financials area
- Database Management Systems (Oracle or SQL) and visualization tools
- Programming Language (Java or Python)
- Ability to create wireframes of future solution(s)
- Basic Project Management skills
- Basic Stakeholder Management skills
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and collaboration tools
- Documentation and Organizational Skills
- Communication and Presentation Skills
- Willingness to learn new emerging technologies development as needed
