About the Roles
We are looking for experienced Senior Carpenters to join our teams in Brisbane and Townsville. These are hands-on leadership roles designed for seasoned professionals who take pride in their craft and enjoy mentoring others.
You will work across a wide range of commercial projects from fit-outs and refurbishments to ongoing maintenance and construction. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of your work we would love to hear from you.
What Youll Be Doing
Delivering high-quality carpentry across building and maintenance projects
Leading and mentoring junior carpenters and apprentices onsite
Reading and interpreting construction plans and project documentation
Coordinating with subcontractors and other trades for smooth project delivery
Maintaining a safe clean and compliant job site
Suggesting improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes
Communicating clearly with clients and supervisors to meet deadlines
What You Bring
Proven experience as a qualified carpenter
Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety standards
Confidence in supervising small teams and managing site delivery
Excellent time management and a proactive solutions-focused approach
Proficiency with project management software ( SimPRO or similar)
White Card and valid drivers licence
High attention to detail and solid communication skills
Relevant trade qualifications
