Assembler

We are looking for an Assembler to join our EST team!

As our Assembler you will be responsible for following process instructions and blueprints to assemble components and achieve final configuration required on drawings for the production of the companys products.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machine shop experience to progress within a clean climate-controlled manufacturing environment with focus on quality and teamwork!

Your Challenge

Assemble components to a final configured product

utilize process and drawing instructions and blueprints and specialized tooling and fixtures measuring equipment and hand tools

Read and interpret assembly drawings parts lists operations sheets and visual aids

Set up and operate automatic prepping loading and insertion equipment

Perform any rework from test failures in accordance with standard repair procedures as well as incorporate ECNs into completed boards

Verify quality of product at the required intervals and verify accuracy of all work
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What You Bring

2 years of experience in either assembly or manufacturing environment

Ability to read measuring equipment

0-6 calipers

0-1 micrometers

Ability to read and follow:

blueprints

standard work instructions

Ability to assemble small components with lightweight hand tools

Ability to read job documentation and Engineering drawings

Fast pace and high volume while on your feet throughout the day

Lifting pushing pulling 50lbs

High School or GED required

Self-motivated demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
