A fierce female-owned AV-rated defense firm is on the hunt for a Civil Litigation Attorney who lives for litigation. We dont just handle lawsuitswe take them to trial. We try cases other firms wouldnt dare take past mediation.

What Youll Be Doing (Spoiler: Not Just Drafting Memos)
- Litigating employment matters involving Title VII ADEA ADA FMLA Wage & Hour and ERISA claims
- Taking and defending depositions (yes youll get to do them!)
- Drafting real pleadings motions and briefs that end up in court not just on a partners desk
- Making court appearances and arguing your heart out
- Reviewing ESI interviewing witnesses
What You Bring:
- 3 years of litigation experience
- California Bar license (Nevada Bar is a bonus but not required)
- Killer research and writing skills
- Poise presence and a love for arguing your point in a packed courtroom
