You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Office of State Treasurer is looking for an experienced special payments manager to support ongoing responsibilities within the Operations and Fund Management division. This class is responsible for the daily administration of the States cash and debt programs as guided defined and adopted by the Cash Management Policy Board (CMPB). This role is primarily responsible for the oversight and accounting of the States special funds management processes including the processing of grant in aid police pension insurance and other miscellaneous special payments to state agencies. First State Financials (FSF) experience is highly desirable in this role.

Applicants must have education training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
Main Office is the Webb Building within the Silver Lake Business Complex in Dover DE. OST also has a smaller satellite office based in the Carvel State Office Building in Wilmington DE.
Writing Exercise: A writing exercise will be given at the time of interview.
