How youll make an impact
Lead the planning and execution of complex power delivery projects
Define project scope goals and deliverables in alignment with client expectations
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and financial forecasts
Monitor project health using EVMS and ensure positive cash flow
Identify and mitigate risks while uncovering new opportunities
Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage procurement and subcontracting
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Deliver clear timely project updates to internal and external stakeholders
Your background
Bachelors degree in engineering business construction management or related field
510 years of experience managing infrastructure or energy projects
Experience with turnkey substation projects is a strong advantage
PMP certification is a plus
Strong interpersonal technical and financial management skills
Experience with contract negotiation and risk management
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States

Location requirement
This is an onsite role based in Raleigh NC. The selected candidate will be expected to work from the office at least two days per week.
