Job Description
We are looking for people who are compassionate hard-working and dedicated to help our customers in their time of need. We are willing to train the right person!
ABOUT US:
Perform disaster response emergency mitigation water extraction structural drying and demolition following IICRC standards.
Set dehumidifiers fans air purifiers and other equipment at the work site ensuring proper setup and removal.
Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation utilizing MICA and other proprietary software.
Perform initial loss inspection.
Remove drywall carpets insulation etc. and perform general demolition after a loss.
Complete pack-out and pack-in of customers contents ensuring all items are properly documented and brought back to the warehouse for cleaning and restoration.
Act as daily on-site contact for the customer ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
Participate in our 24 hours on call rotation responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends as dictated by the on-call schedule.
Drive company vehicles including water trucks trailers and other machinery.
Wear protective equipment to minimize exposure to hazards and injuries.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Self-motivated reliable and a team player.
Strong customer service skills.
Previous experience in mitigation is preferred but not required.
Available for emergency services (nights weekends & holidays) and rotating on-call.
Must pass pre-employment screenings.
Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds stooping reaching above shoulder level pushing pulling walking standing and climbing ladders as needed.
A valid drivers license a clean driving record and reliable transportation are required.
Reliable working cell phone.
