Position: Supported Employment Specialist Team Lead
Location: Hays KS
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

What Youll Do:
In this role you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Support and coach a team of Supported Employment Specialists as they help clients reach their employment goals.
- Be in the Field: Join team members on visits with clients to homes job sites and interviewsshowing them what strong compassionate support looks like.
- Build Community Connections: Cultivate relationships with employers and community partners to create job opportunities and expand our network.
- Keep the Program Thriving: Oversee referrals documentation and team schedules while ensuring fidelity to the evidence-based IPS (Individual Placement and Support) model.
- Collaborate for Holistic Care: Work closely with clinicians and Case Managers to ensure employment support is aligned with each individuals recovery journey.

- Experience counts! We accept equivalent work experience in human services (teaching daycare CNA etc.) or a BA/BS degree. One year of related work one year of college.
- 2 years of related experience is preferred.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- A passion for supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
- A valid drivers license and insurable driving record.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Willingness to transport clients when needed.
