As a Senior Product Associate in Purchase & Pay Product Team you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Product Manager to support a key area within the Purchase & Pay Product Space. In this role you will apply your experience in achieving customer-focused outcomes and your strong delivery track record to develop third-party risk management applications.
Job responsibilities
  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research journey mapping and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes tracks and evaluates product metrics including work to time cost and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements epics and user stories to support product development
  • Collaborate with the CTPO (Corporate Third Party Oversight) to identify new product opportunities that meet customer and market needs through user research and discovery
  • Consider and plan for the upstream and downstream effects of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Support the collection of user research journey mapping and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insights into potential product features that add value to customers
  • Analyze track and evaluate product metrics including work to time cost and quality targets throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Manage existing product features and vendor relationships to maintain and advocate for the protection of customers digital data
  • Author clear requirements epics and user stories to support product development.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
  • 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Experience performing functional validation of product features in testing and production environments
  • Ongoing deep knowledge and documentation of customer and user experience journeys
  • Experience researching new and emerging technologies and use cases in the industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Agile tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence)
  • Experience creating Figma wireframes that meet the system requirements
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
  • Prior experience in BPMN software and workflows
  • Experience with Figma to create/modify wireframes
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable for a start-up team
  • Strong work ethic capable of independently solving problems managing projects and delivering initiatives
  • Comfort navigating a large organization and partnering with diverse stakeholders
  • Passionate about staying up-to-date with evolving technology
  • Bachelors in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering
