What is the role
As a Support Worker youll assist several individuals in their own home each day with a wide range of daily activities from shopping and cooking to attending medical appointments social events and engaging in hobbies.
Youll play a key role in empowering people to set pursue and achieve their personal goals working as part of a supportive and rewarding team.
What youll be doing
- Supporting individuals to lead fulfilling everyday lives
- Providing assistance and reminders with medication
- Preparing and helping with meals
- Accompanying clients to social activities and appointments
- Offering emotional and social support
- Assisting with shopping and household tasks such as laundry and general housekeeping
What Skills and Experience Do You Need

What are the pay and benefits
- An hourly rate of 12.75 making the annual salary 24531.60 (FTE)
- Sleep in rate - 62.64
