Job Description
Your Tasks
Searched is a strategic finance expert (m/f/d) to lead the Plan-to-Steer (P2S) process transformation. P2S is the backbone of financial steering covering planning forecasting budgeting and performance management to support data-driven decision-making. This role is crucial in ensuring that financial planning processes are efficient automated and strategically aligned with business objectives enabling a proactive finance function.
- Lead P2S transformation as part of a strategic finance team leveraging a greenfield approach
- Own and optimize end-to-end P2S processes including budgeting forecasting management reporting and financial performance analysis
- Ensure data-driven financial steering enabling real-time insights and strategic decision-making
- Drive standardization of planning models ensuring consistency across countries and business units
- Implement automation in financial planning and forecasting leveraging S/4HANA AI and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with Global finance community Tech teams & other partners to ensure seamless integration of planning processes
- Collaborate on defining KPIs and governance frameworks to measure financial performance and strategic alignment
- Build and maintain a P2S community ensuring alignment across global business units
Your Profile
- Degree in Finance Controlling Business Administration or a related field
- Extensive experience in P2S process ownership with SAP ERP (S/4HANA preferred)
- Deep understanding of financial planning forecasting and performance management
- Strong analytical project managementand process optimization skills
- Passion for finance transformation automation and strategic decision-making
- Englishas key communciation language and German as a plus
