Berichtet an: Senior Supervisor RMA

• Aufbau und Pflege von Fachwissen ber Axon-Prozesse und -Lsungen die mit dieser Rolle zusammenhngen

• Bereitstellung korrekter gltiger und vollstndiger Informationen unter Nutzung der richtigen Prozesse/Tools

• Erreichung persnlicher und teambezogener Leistungsziele im Bereich Telefon- und Fallbearbeitungskennzahlen

• Weiterleitung von Vorschlgen zur Prozess- oder Leistungsverbesserung an den Support Manager

• Funktion als administrative Vertretung fr Global Returns

• Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Operationsteam im Bereich Wareneingang

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung oder gleichwertiger Abschluss; Hochschulabschluss von Vorteil

• 1 bis 2 Jahre nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Lagerbereich

• Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Fhigkeiten

• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office

• Sie erledigen zugewiesene Aufgaben und Projekte schnell przise und kompetent

• EU-Pass erforderlich
